Job Overview

Tricentis is expanding its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region. We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This customer-facing role involves analysis, processing, troubleshooting, making technical recommendations, and resolving inquiries from customers using Tosca, QTest/Vera, and Neoload.


The ideal candidate will possess strong research and problem-solving skills, with a background in system analysis, design, and functional support. They will be detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision, and have a solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle concepts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and support various software configurations, perform testing and diagnostics, and provide professional technical support.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product teams on customer-related issues to ensure product-tailored solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in technical, application, or product support in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge in related technologies – Distributed Exchange, API/OSV, VisionAI, Mobile Dev, SAP, Host Engines, Database, Mail Engines, and Document Imaging.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle concepts.
