Jr. Applications Support Analyst

1. Support GBI, SUBS and Franchise stores' applications-related needs

2. Investigate issues pertaining to POS, Inventories and GDS.

3. Troubleshoot and support issues raised by the stores either directly, via ticketing tool or through the service desk.

4. Perform administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time

5. Perform standard routines and system health checks to ensure head office and store applications availability and reliability.

6. Conduct training sessions/orientations for end-users on system functionalities, procedures, and best practices

7. Coordinate with vendors, internal resolver groups and internal customers to implement new system features or resolve issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering

  • Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.

  • Trainable, a team player and willing to work in shifts, holidays and weekends

  • An openness to learning new technologies

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under minimal supervision

  • Willing to work in Greenfield Tower, Mandaluyong City
