
Logistics Sales and Business Development Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building pipeline, and qualifying prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by researching prospective leads and engaging with potential customers.
- Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients, generating new leads through cold calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads, providing detailed insights and context on prospects to ensure seamless transitions.
- Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest, and maintain relationships until they are ready for a demo or next step.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal).
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills, ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing.
- Client management experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings.
