Project Requirements

Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant required with specialized knowledge in payroll processes, compliance requirements, and ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for clients.
  • Provide expert advice on payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand payroll issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure successful adoption of the payroll system.
  • Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices.
Essential Skills
  • Proven experience as SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant.
  • Deep understanding of payroll regulations and practices including Payroll and Time Management configuration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module along with integration to Finance system.
  • Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration (schema, PCR, Wage Type attributes, Payroll Posting, Pay Day reporting to IRD) as well as Time configuration (Schema, rules, time evaluation).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
