Education Sector Professional

Tutor Me Education offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a key player in reshaping the education landscape.
This role reports to the Director of Payroll & Billing and is responsible for day-to-day data entry activities, ensuring seamless payroll and billing processes.
The successful candidate will partner with market teams to guarantee timely and accurate execution, including following up on outstanding invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll and Billing: Process client requests, order setups, and transactions for normal payroll processing.
- Sales Operations: Provide sales administration support.
- General Support: Assist with special projects, monitor emails, and conduct research.
- Human Resources: Manage employee housekeeping, verify employee records, and perform internal audits.
- Technology: Monitor systems, escalate abnormalities, and perform technical reviews.
Requirements:
- A university degree
- English fluency
- Computer proficiency
- 2-4 years of experience
