Education Leader

We are seeking an accomplished educator to spearhead the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for students aged 8-12 in a full-time, remote role based in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles
  • Contribute to content creation and curation, working closely with colleagues to drive educational excellence
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting effective communication and collaboration among students and adults alike
  • Participate in regular meetings and contribute to the growth and development of our education team
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support student growth and achievement
  • Embody the values of integrity, empathy, and creativity in all aspects of your work
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and develop innovative solutions to improve teaching practices and student outcomes
  • Build processes and systems to streamline classroom management and enhance the overall learning experience
  • Continuously analyse and utilise student feedback and content team insights to refine teaching strategies and inform curriculum development
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and parents to ensure seamless communication and cooperation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in children's education, preferably with expertise in upper elementary levels (Year 3-6)
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field, with a proven track record of academic excellence and professional growth
  • A passion for exploring new technologies and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity to create inclusive and diverse learning environments
