About the Position
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the procurement process for non-raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate records of purchasing documents, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  3. Communicate with suppliers to obtain vendor enrollment data, utilizing Google Forms and Google Sheets.
  4. Identify and develop new suppliers with approved credit terms, enhancing the company's supply chain network.
  5. Collaborate with end-users and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  6. Prepare and submit reports, prioritizing continuous improvement through regular training and seminars.
  7. Contribute to process improvements and work efficiency, driving organizational excellence.
  8. Conduct training sessions on improving MMD processes and working effectively within the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Negotiation skills and experience in procurement and supply chain management are essential.
  • Background in the food industry or FMCG companies is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or WPS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, high integrity, strong comprehension, communication, teamwork, patience, customer service orientation, resourcefulness, persistence, and effective workload management.
