This part-time PHP Developer position requires someone with experience in integrating payment gateways and e-commerce platforms.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join our team to integrate and manage payment processors seamlessly. The main responsibility will be integrating the API key for payment processing into the PHP framework. The focus will be on Authorize.net for credit card checks, with future plans to potentially add other processors like TSYS and others if additional partnerships arise.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration. Experience with error handling, testing, and debugging payment integration systems is also required.

The work environment is remote and part-time, with flexible work hours and an emphasis on timely delivery and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in PHP development.
  • Familiarity with integrating Authorize.net API or similar payment gateways.
  • Experience with TSYS or other payment processors is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PCI Compliance and security standards for handling payment data.
  • Understanding of JavaScript and front-end technologies to support integration on the front end.
