Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Coaching and Training: Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of solid sales experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
  • Sales Achievements: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
