Cloud Support Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working collaboratively with our teams to resolve customer complaints.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems, cloud computing, and networking. They should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues reported by customers.
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to customer complaints.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to share best practices and lessons learned with the team.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A strong academic track record from high school and university.
  • An undergraduate degree in a technical subject or alternative chosen path.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Linux systems, including virtualization/cloud, containers, storage technologies, and networking.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.
