E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, implementing SEO strategies, and leveraging AI-powered tools to drive business growth.

This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and creative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace management, SEO, and AI-powered tools, as well as excellent written communication skills and the ability to generate high-quality product copy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms using AI tools where applicable
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using AI-based SEO tools
  • Analyze website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance
  • Maintain and grow marketplace operations, including inventory updates, shipping compliance, and promotional planning
  • Monitor and report on site traffic, keyword performance, and customer feedback
  • Develop and track marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, GA4, and Looker Studio
  • Manage digital assets, including visuals and SEO-compliant descriptions

Requirements and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools
  • Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Jasper, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to generate high-quality product copy
  • Strong understanding of Google's SEO content policies and AI compliance best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketplace tools
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
