Digital Commerce Operations Specialist

You will be accountable for overseeing the operational management of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, encompassing product listings, pricing, and content updates. Furthermore, you will handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
Additional Duties- Coordinate domestic and international orders, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and provide support for supply chain forecasting.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate on website development and provide technical support for presentations.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
- Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
