Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and developing engaging digital assets to support interactive campaigns across various channels. This includes email, microsites, landing pages, social media, e-commerce platforms, online banner advertising, and other projects that align with our brand identity.

Your role will involve working collaboratively with our team to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring seamless user flows and customer-centric designs. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within our team.

We are seeking an experienced Digital Designer with a strong portfolio of work showcasing their ability to create engaging and effective digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to confidently present their work and rationale to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and develop engaging digital assets to support interactive campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the team to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices.
  • Apply knowledge of user flows and customer-centric designs to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Produce high-quality motion graphics and videos for social media channels.
  • Work collaboratively as part of an onsite team.
  • Confidently present your work and rationale to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years combined experience as a digital designer.
  • Basic motion graphics and video editing skills.
  • Experience in producing e-commerce assets, digital and social media content.
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating ability to create engaging and effective digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage workload efficiently.
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organised individual.
  • Possess knowledge of interaction design, mobile design, user-centred experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process.
  • Passion for and interest in the latest digital trends.
  • Creative agency experience.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
