Job Description:

Overview

We are seeking an Architecture Professional to join our team at our Head Office in Quezon City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks in support of ongoing and incoming projects.

  • Be involved in drafting and designing architecture plans.

  • Work heavily with AutoCAD in an office setting, creating detailed CAD drawings.

  • Collaborate with engineers, general foremen, trades personnel, and superintendents to conduct field verifications and conditions on project sites.

  • Provide design of the project within the specified period of time.

  • Convert sketches or specifications of the project from the Engineer into detailed CAD drawings.

  • Draft redlines and provide design assistance.

  • Adhere to CAD procedures for layering, line types, colors, and standard drawing procedures for sheet layout.

  • Work with detailed sketches, notes, and layouts, ensuring high-quality designs.

  • Provide mentoring support to junior architects and CAD operators.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

  • With experience supporting construction/civil projects, preferably with a background in architecture.

  • At least Five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), As-built drawings structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-pro works, and Revit Software.

  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.

  • Willing to travel to project sites within Luzon for visits and oculars.
