Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned creative professional to join our performance business unit. The successful candidate will support our paid media clients by driving performance-focused creative direction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization;
  • Conducting brand and industry research to fuel ideation and ensure relevance;
  • Translating insights into clear, inspiring strategic briefs and direction for designers and creators;
  • Reviewing content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with performance goals and best practices;

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing);
  • A strong understanding of the role of creative in driving performance across paid platforms;
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable strategic direction;
  • Confidence in writing briefs, organizing timelines, and managing moving parts within a team;
