Senior Accountant

Location: Any Site (Manila, Clark, Tarlac, Cebu); REMOTE

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM PH Time

Job Summary:

we are building a finance function that can support growth and provide accurate, timely information to decision-makers. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, where your expertise will make a visible impact and enable career progression to Finance Manager level.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

* Pull and analyze reports from Xero, building and maintaining Excel-based financial models (including three-way forecasting).

* Support the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control cycle.

* Manage intercompany journals, transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

* Consolidate reporting across New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.

* Reconcile subscription revenue using Stripe data, ensuring accuracy in recurring revenue streams.

* Provide financial analysis and insights that help shape business decisions.

* Act as a trusted partner to leadership, delivering confidence and clarity around numbers.

* Prepare SaaS Metrics reporting.

* Constant identification and implementation of process improvement in our Finance processes.

* Tax filings and compliance - Income tax, transfer pricing, GST, FBT.

* Prepare monthly Management Reporting and oversee Year End Financial Statement compilation.

Qualifications:

* CA or CPA qualified with Australia or New Zealand (preferred) experience.

Experience:

* Minimum 3-4 years accounting and financial analysis experience.

* Experience leading month-end close processes - end to end, and intercompany accounting and reporting.

* Experience managing a team.

* Exposure to SaaS or subscription revenue models (preferred but not essential-can be taught).

* Experience with Stripe preferred.

Skills:

* High-level proficiency in Excel, including financial and three-way modeling.

* Experience with month-end close and intercompany accounting.

* SaaS or subscription revenue experience desirable.

* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

* Able to work independently and deliver reliably.
