We are seeking an experienced leader to inspire remote teams and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role involves leading, coaching, and managing our Virtual Assistant team, fostering a collaborative, client-centric environment.

About the Role:
  • Manage a team of Executive Assistants, promoting a positive, productive work culture that meets high standards.
  • Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs, providing actionable feedback for growth.
  • Leverage knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions and addressing diverse client needs.
  • Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement through regular evaluations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, resolving client concerns, mitigating risks, and implementing solutions to improve team efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large international corporation.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Proven ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve goals and grow in their roles.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.
Requirements:
  • Professional microphone headset or functional computer microphone equivalent.
  • Fast, responsive computer.
  • Clean & professional background/audio environment for video calls with customers.
