Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Team Lead to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team.

About the Role

This role involves driving process improvements, maintaining a supportive and growth-focused work environment, and ensuring seamless day-to-day workflow. The successful candidate will have experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure consistent coverage.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
