Job Summary:

This Transformation Lead role is an Individual Contributor/Senior Manager-level position responsible for leading end-to-end Transformation activities for TaskUs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful transformation projects, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills. This role requires enabling different functional areas at TaskUs to deploy technology-driven solutions that address current problems and develop scalable initiatives to manage future trends, thus requiring strong mental agility to handle complex, multi-step activities and apply sound principles to solve identified gaps.

Key responsibilities include supporting Global Transformation initiatives related to Global Service Delivery & Operations, executing TaskUs' Transformation Model and partnering with Executive Stakeholders globally to achieve geo-agnostic strategies and goals, developing Technology-driven Solutions based domain and industry knowledge, and collaborating with the Global Transformation Team to proactively identify tech solutions that drive efficiencies, enhance quality, and drive operational optimization.
