Requirements:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
PRINCIPAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Standard Operating Process and Procedures and Data Management
Maintain and consolidate records of specific details relating to the customer complaints, inquiries, feedbacks, customer transactions and interactions.
Perform on-going thorough analysis of sales, performance data and sales agreement.
Provide data or generate reports for business reviews to Sales and Marketing.
Review and Analyze data which can be used as tools to increase sales and improve service efficiency.
Assist in the review, documentation and analysis to improve existing processes and procedures in the area of sales, service, finance, and procurement/warehousing.
To drive compliance on sales standard operational procedures. - Operational and Financial System support
Develop, recommend and implement policies or monitoring templates that would increase efficiency and productivity which could minimize if not eliminate risk & losses to the business.
Attend required trainings, meetings, conferences and other official company functions necessary for business growth, government legislation compliance and customers' requirement. - Administration and Policy directives
Drive SHE policy compliance and zero tolerance policy. Achieve LTAR target set for the year for both Pest Control & Hygiene.
To attend regular meetings to address issues and concerns, performance review and weekly updates.
To accurately maintain records and submit on time all reports and documents as required by management.
Attend to other work related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
- College graduate preferably IT or Statistics related courses.
- With Advanced Microsoft Excel training.
- Proficient data analysis.
- With 1 to 2 years work related experience.
- Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to be trained for career growth.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Male and/or Female are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work at Brgy. Kalawaan, Pasig City.
