Key Responsibilities:

Governance & Policy:
  1. Create a comprehensive procurement policy framework.
  2. Evaluate and enhance existing policies and processes.
People, Process, Technology:
  1. Optimize business processes to incorporate controls and leverage technology for efficiency.
  2. Drive cost optimization initiatives through decentralization of spend to functions.
  3. Leverage data analytics to identify areas for process improvement.
  4. Lead the transition of function-PO to procurement.
  5. Pursue process improvements based on issues and gaps encountered.
Monitoring & Control:

Maintain performance dashboards to drive accountability (JFC spend analysis, pseudo spend analysis, non-compliance report).

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with function POCs to drive process transformation.

Other Projects:

Engage in other activities related to procurement operations.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in project management and transformation projects.
  3. Strong understanding of procurement policies, processes, and procedures.
  4. Technical expertise and management experience for successful project implementation.
  5. Hybrid setup available in Ortigas, Pasig.
