We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product & Client Engagement Professional to join our team. This role will focus on developing digital mental health content, supporting product development, and working with businesses to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, business, or a related field, with excellent English communication skills and experience in content creation, e-learning, and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials.
  • Create psychological exercises, digital courses, and assessments on mental well-being, resilience, and personal development.
  • Help refine psychological tests and assessments, including test structure, scoring models, and user interpretation.
  • Contribute to product development, working with AI and digital mental health tools.
Business Engagement & Client Success:
  • Support new clients during onboarding, helping them integrate our solutions.
  • Communicate with business clients to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the business team to create materials that help companies promote mental well-being initiatives.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to make psychological concepts accessible to businesses.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working with corporate clients and explaining mental health concepts in a practical way.
  • Experience in content creation, e-learning, instructional design, or business communication is a plus.
