As a seasoned Digital Content Manager, you will drive growth through innovative online presence and engaging content.

You will oversee all digital content across various channels, ensuring seamless integration and consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling content that resonates with our audience, drives market insights, and stands out from the competition.
  • Maintain a pulse on trending stories, market trends, and opportunities relevant to our target audience.
  • Leverage SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliate, and social strategies to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Optimise the online customer journey to increase conversion through content personalisation and optimisation.
  • Analyse traffic patterns and research new opportunities for content growth beyond search.
  • Nurture our strong stakeholder network, including partners, industry experts, and influencers.
  • Ensure brand consistency during promotional and seasonal campaigns across digital channels.
  • Continuously refine strategies to improve the customer experience and deliver a seamless digital experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a digital or content environment.
  • Strong understanding of long-lead customer journeys, particularly in property and investment cycles.
  • Experience across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, social, and display advertising.
  • Able to work effectively in omni-channel environments (website, CRM, customer care, advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic and converting it into qualified leads, community growth, and sales.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
