Software Engineer in Quality Assurance

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Software Engineer in Test. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain robust software quality assurance practices across our product suite. This will involve designing, implementing, and executing test plans using Cypress.io (or similar) and managing test artifacts in Qase.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify acceptance criteria, log, prioritize, and track issues using Jira, document knowledge and processes in Confluence, and participate in sprint ceremonies and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape how QA is executed within our broader engineering organization and directly impact thousands of customers who rely on our software solutions.
To succeed in this position, you should possess strong experience with Cypress.io (or similar) test automation frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript, and core object-oriented programming principles. Additionally, proficiency in test case management systems like Qase, solid engineering skills, including debugging, root cause analysis, and defect isolation, and a strong understanding of NetSuite and finance-related business processes are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
