Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a key role in the development of high-quality software products. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing manual and automation test tools, methodologies, scripts, and executing end-to-end automation and manual test cases, tracking results, and logging defects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for both automated and manual testing. They will also develop scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks, contribute to implementing repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, and incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, business analysts, and engineers to ensure that any assigned defects are resolved. The ideal candidate will maintain awareness of external environments and trends in testing, contributing to the improvement of processes and assets. Additionally, they will promote productivity through test automation tools, methodologies, and best practices, and coach and train other team members on manual and automated testing.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt new ways of working and find ways to continually improve.
