Key Client Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage client interactions and communication.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients via various channels.
  • Handle sensitive feedback and high-value interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve service issues directly when possible; escalate critical concerns with full context.
  • Adapt tone and language to match client personalities while maintaining brand voice.
  • Document all client interactions in a centralized system.
  • Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs promptly.
  • Uphold a 10-minute maximum response time during working hours.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with standard operating procedures and client strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a client-facing role (chat, phone, email).
  • Experience handling VIP or high-profile clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with flexible work arrangements including long shifts and rotating days off.
  • Tech-savvy familiar with project management software, Google Workspace, Zoom, Telegram.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
