We are looking for a seasoned Program Director to spearhead our product development and business enhancement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for Engineering and Business, including marketplace growth, eCommerce technology, and business projects.
  • Lead business projects across the company, focusing on process improvement and automation.
  • Help streamline and automate processes, continuously improving platform and toolset features.
Requirements & Development Lifecycle:
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather comprehensive product requirements and feedback, ensuring the Engineering team receives sufficient detail.
  • Capture high-level product requirements and translate them into detailed tasks for the development team, prioritizing based on Level of Effort (LOE) and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with Business Departments to design and develop technology-based process improvements.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PM & PROBLEM RESOLUTION:
  • Enhance project outcomes by understanding business and technology workflows.
  • Facilitate effective project completion across all stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, competing priorities, and roadblocks, enabling team members to achieve common goals efficiently.
  • Work closely with the business to cultivate technical understanding of the platform, acting as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs.
  • Manage technology development efforts, bridging the gap to business re-engineering, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 5 years of related PM experience ideally with eCommerce knowledge.
  • Demonstrated understanding of various eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Database systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Proven ability to document product requirements with sufficient knowledge, detail, and clarity for technical teams.
  • Strong experience performing thorough requirements analysis through independent research and testing methodologies.
  • Expertise in utilizing modern Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Kanban, GAP Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and other relevant project methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulating complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving complex challenges.
  • Proven ability to work effectively and interdependently within a dynamic team environment.
  • A strong inclination to challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas that drive business strategy and growth.
