We are seeking a skilled Drafting Professional to join our architecture studio. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team on projects that require high levels of creativity and attention to detail.

About the Role

This role will involve creating accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including general arrangement plans, sections, and elevations. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with the team and managing your own time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Documentation: Produce accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including general arrangement plans (1:50), sections (1:20), and elevations (1:100)
  • Collaboration: Work with supplied Revit templates and follow established documentation styles
  • Communication: Interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively
  • Time Management: Manage your own time efficiently to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit: Proven proficiency in Revit, with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills
  • Construction Documentation Experience: Solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales
  • Australian Construction Standards: Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently
About Us

Schedule

This role is expected to align with business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
