Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Design Lead to drive our team's future banking vision by delivering exceptional customer-centric user experience design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality deliverables such as wireframes, high-fidelity screens, interactive prototypes, and handover documents that meet industry standards.
  • Conduct research to understand customer pain points, behavior, goals, and motivation to identify areas of improvement.
  • Understand business needs, goals, and motivation to inform design decisions.
  • Develop strategic design solutions through workshops, brainstorming, ideation, synthesis, and mapping.
  • Manage design assets, version control, and documentation to maintain proper design governance.
  • Deliver designs on tight deadlines and iterate based on feedback.
High-Level Process
  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing strategic and project-appropriate design approach.
  • Deliver quality and timely project results from initiation to delivery phase.
  • Act as the team champion in creating standards and best practices for use cases.
  • Interact, collaborate, and establish working relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or Psychology.
  • At least 6 years of work experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
  • Mastery of Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Human-centered Design, or User-Centered Design.
  • Strong portfolio of UI/UX design projects and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe XD).

  • Great listening skills to understand requirements and environment considerations.
  • Strong presentation skills to present design rationale and concepts.
