UX/UI Designer Role

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategy into design: Turn research insights and client business goals into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI assets that align with growth objectives.
  • Craft user-centered experiences: Apply design thinking to ensure usability, accessibility (AODA/WCAG compliance), and intuitive functionality across websites and digital products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with project managers, developers, and content strategists to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital experiences for small and mid-sized business clients.
  • Prototype with precision: Build interactive prototypes that clearly communicate flows, interactions, and user journeys for client approval and development alignment.
  • Support product development: Work closely with front-end teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs, guiding implementation through launch.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in an agency or product environment;
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, including user flows, prototypes, responsive web layouts, and visually polished UI;
  • Proficiency in Figma (core requirement), with strong familiarity in Mural or Miro, component libraries, and collaborative design tools;
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, AODA/WCAG accessibility standards, and modern UX best practices;
  • Excellent English communication skills, with proven ability to work remotely across time zones and deliver in a fast-paced, process-driven environment;
