Overview

Talent Acquisition Partner | Technical Hiring | Banking | Financial Services

As a User Experience Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in driving user-centered design by planning, executing, and synthesizing research to deliver actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet user needs and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your work will help create user experiences that are both intuitive and innovative, driving the success of our products and the satisfaction of our users.

Responsibilities

As a User Experience Researcher, you will:

  • Plan, execute, and synthesize research to deliver actionable insights for product design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet user needs and deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Influence design decisions with deep user insights to shape product strategy and outcomes.
Qualifications

Years of Work Experience: years

Certification/Professional License (if applicable): Preferred to have coursework or any certification in UX Research, or accessibility but not a mandatory requirement. An existing portfolio is a must.

Field of Specialization : Proven track record of delivering impactful user research strategies across mobile and web platforms

Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency with industry-related tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to create, refine and deliver design concepts.
  • Familiarity with tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, UserTesting) to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Comfortable collaborating with developers, familiar with responsive design principles, and understanding of user research principles.
  • Aware of WCAG and inclusive design principles; ability to incorporate accessibility considerations into deliverables.
  • Capable of working within an established design system, maintaining consistency, and documenting design findings/reports efficiently.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana) to manage tasks and collaboration.
  • Understanding of iterative development and ability to adapt design work to Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in a banking environment is a must.
