Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. With over 30% of our clients being repeat and referrals, and over 2,000 positive reviews on Google, we need someone who can provide exceptional customer service and effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.

The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, excellent verbal and communication skills, and be able to exercise good decision making while thriving in a team environment.

Responsibilities include strategically scheduling opportunities for our Roofing Specialists, responding timely to web-based leads, managing complex calendar scheduling, and maintaining a high level of inbound and outbound calls to meet department goals.

You will also be responsible for communicating effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams regarding processes, schedules, and project updates.
