Major Function

Primary function is to make sure all movements of the stocks from receiving to withdrawal are updated in the Google spread sheets. Conduct the daily, weekly and monthly counts based in the pareto analysis or Fast, Medium and slow-moving materials.

Submit daily stock position report daily to customers and with supervisor and maintain at least 99.98% Inventory record accuracy at IM level second cut. Keeping, validating all documents related with billing and transmitting it to accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Prepares a summary report of receiving or withdrawal for each customer.

  2. Update and make a daily report of stock status for each customer.

  3. Maintains the inventory records and accuracy for each customer.

  4. Responsible for the document reconciliation with the customers in case of discrepancy.

  5. Verify clerical computations against physical count of stocks and adjust errors in computation or count, investigates and reports reason for discrepancies.

  6. Monitor the completeness of Service Order Form.

  7. Monitoring of stock status versus physical count.

  8. Assigned counters to conduct daily cycle count.

  9. Filing of daily transactions and respond to customer's queries.

  10. Keeping records of inventories.

  11. Sending of updates of stock status to customers as per request for daily or weekly reconciliation.

  12. Forwarding of daily transactions to AR officer for posting.

  13. Perform other related duties as required assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

  14. Responsible for storing and issuing personal protective equipment, among other things.

SHEQ Responsibilities

  1. Ensure all incidents are reported and ensure corrective and preventive action plans within his/her control are closed in coordination with the site Safety Lead.

  2. Leads & follows Site Safety Rules and Regulation. Observe to own safety responsibility while delivering the task inside the Plant premises and ensure to have proper PPE's such as Safety Vest, safety shoes at any given time.
