Job Title: Senior Finance Associate

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team in a key role.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financial operations and management.
  • They must possess excellent Excel skills and be highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Experience working as a financial controller, accountant or in financial operations is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Responsibilities
  • Manage book-keeping for portfolio companies based in Manila.
  • Strengthen current internal portfolio accounting and reporting systems.
  • Develop and implement regular and timely internal management reports.
Management of Outsourced Partners
  • Manage relationships and task delegation with third-party accountants and auditors.
  • Create new strategies to extract maximum value and efficiency from outsourced partners.
Finance Operations
  • Maintain oversight of payment processing.
  • Find ways to create efficiencies and reduce delays on payments to suppliers, contractors and employee expenses.
  • Monitor supplier contracts and budgets across business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
  • Chartered Accountant/CPA holder is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
