Service Delivery Leadership Role

The Service Head is responsible for overseeing and supervising all branch channel activities to achieve predetermined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The position plays a crucial role in driving business growth by leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day branch service delivery and operations to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Manage the efficient delivery of the Bank's products and services through effective management of Branch Operations, Customer Service, staff, and resources.
  • Maintain adequate control over accountable forms and documents.
  • Complement the Branch Head in achieving business generation and profit objectives by accomplishing or acquiring sales targets.
  • Review and approve new account openings, transactions, and other critical job functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum five years of banking experience, preferably in Teller, New Accounts, and Service Officer roles.
  • Knowledge of branch operations policies and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
