US Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a US Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with healthcare facilities and clinicians to gather and verify clinician profiles.
  • Format resumes, references, and skills checklists according to client standards.
  • Ensure all required data is thoroughly gathered, verified, and meticulously organized.
  • Prepare and package full profiles for seamless submission by Talent Advisors and Client Engagement Experts.
  • Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) records accurately and maintain documentation status diligently.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of proven experience in an administrative, data entry, or document processing role.
  • Experience within a recruitment, staffing, or healthcare administration environment is highly advantageous.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Excellent organization and efficient file management skills.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to manage high-task volumes and consistently meet deadline-driven work.
