Job Description:
  • Sourcing & Attracting Talent: Use our CRM system to identify and track potential candidates for open positions, building a strong pipeline through advanced search features, tagging, and tracking tools.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, company culture, and organizational goals to ensure well-matched candidates.
  • Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Leverage CRM tools to screen, evaluate, and interview candidates, ensuring their skills align with client requirements.
  • Negotiation & Offer Management: Manage offer processes using CRM data to track candidate preferences and expectations, facilitating negotiations for both parties.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the CRM, tracking progress and moving them efficiently through recruitment stages.
  • Job Postings & Advertising: Create job descriptions and post vacancies on job boards and social media channels using the CRM's integration to attract top candidates.
  • Market Research & Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports on sourcing effectiveness, candidate status, and other key recruitment metrics using CRM analytics tools to improve processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, role requirements, and timelines, sharing CRM insights to align recruitment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment or headhunting experience, ideally with CRM system proficiency.
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with persuasive negotiation abilities.
  • Talent Sourcing via CRM: Proficient in leveraging CRM systems for efficient candidate sourcing, utilizing advanced search, filters, and data management tools.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for talent sourcing, tracking, and management.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Strong networking skills, engaging passive and active candidates, and building long-term relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using multiple recruitment tools and technologies, including job boards, social media, and CRM software.
