As a Customer Experience Training Lead at AIA Hong Kong and Macau, you will play a crucial role in empowering our operations staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our operations staff.

About the Position

The primary goal of this position is to enable all employees in Operations to perform their roles efficiently, effectively, and with ease. This requires collaborating with Business Unit Managers and Leaders in Operations to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and deliver training programs that address the competencies and skills required by operations staff, including upskilling and refresher courses.
  2. Collaborate with Business Unit Heads to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  3. Maintain accurate training records and documentation, ensuring seamless integration with employee systems like Workday.
  4. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees, facilitating their success in their roles.
  5. Ensure timely completion of enterprise mandatory training programs and recertification for employees in Operations.
