Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior B2B Cold Caller. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with decision-makers at healthcare practices and other target industries through direct messaging and cold calling.

As a Senior B2B Cold Caller, you will perform a range of tasks including making outbound cold calls, sending personalized direct messages, qualifying prospects using our proven outreach framework, scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate calls records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare practices and other businesses.
  • Send personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate calls records and track metrics.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Stable internet connection and professional work environment.
