Key Responsibilities- To establish and maintain relationships with clients to schedule appointments and meetings
- To effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless appointment scheduling
- A minimum of 1 to 3 years of BPO sales outbound experience is required, but prior ISA experience is not necessary
- Strong phone presence and ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
- Real estate knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
- Accountability, motivation, outgoing personality, and drive are essential qualities for this role
