Customer Implementation Specialist

As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our new customers achieve success with our AI platform from the outset. You will guide customers on how to set up and optimize their campaigns to drive tangible results, such as booked meetings. Reporting to the Customer Implementation Team Lead, part of our Customer Success Department, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct campaign optimization calls with new customers to provide expert guidance on setting up and using the AI platform effectively.
  • Clearly communicate how to utilize our platform to meet business objectives, focusing on LinkedIn automation and AI-powered features.
  • Aim to dedicate approximately 80% of your worktime engaging with customers on these calls.
  • Track and strive for high customer satisfaction metrics, such as ensuring at least 75% of customers see booked meetings through our platform within their first month.
  • Maintain a 100% attendance rate for all scheduled customer calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clear communication skills
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in one company
  • Experience in customer support or onboarding, particularly with SaaS platforms or sales technology, is an asset
  • Excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong administrative skills - accurate typing and spelling are essential
  • Willingness to work full-time night shift
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage call schedules and customer interactions
