Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Software Testing Specialist. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment with a global organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality testing solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

  • A key member of an Agile team, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products in short iterations.
  • Participating in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
  • Crafting and developing test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the SDLC.
  • Integrating AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage, predict defects, and generate intelligent test data.
  • Contributing to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities (e.g., requirements analysis, tool development, CI/CD support).
  • Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
