We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test scenarios that cover all aspects of the application.

You will identify, document, and track software defects, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and monitor and analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios that cover all aspects of the application.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of web application testing experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
