Software Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and be able to identify and mitigate risks, issues, and problems in our software products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned product features from various perspectives: business, end-user, and technical.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and problems on the product feature and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test designs, and test specifications for the entire testing cycle of the feature.
- Oversee a team of testers to execute necessary tests and ensure high-quality results.
- Take ownership of assigned product features and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure the quality of assigned product features meets our high standards.
- Prepare detailed documentation and conduct demonstrations of the product feature to stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including support, sales, marketing, and development.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a focus on IT or a willingness to pursue a career in this field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
