Job Title: Business Growth Expert
Hours: 10 hours/week, flexible schedule
The RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Specialist to drive business expansion and generate new opportunities in the B2B sector.
You will be responsible for identifying prospects, setting appointments, and presenting tailored proposals that align with business objectives. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in sales and marketing, proven lead generation skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach activities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and opportunities for growth
Perform outreach through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and secure appointments
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth sales process
Leverage data analytics tools to enhance lead generation, outreach, and reporting (a strong plus)
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM or tracking tools
Proven work experience as a Sales Development or in a similar sales-focused role
Solid background in sales and marketing, with B2B experience strongly preferred
Proven expertise in lead generation and appointment setting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with data analytics tools for sales/marketing automation is a strong plus
Experience working with North American clients is an advantage
Knowledge of the industry is a plus
Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
