Drive Business Growth with Expert HubSpot Strategy

GXA is seeking an accomplished HubSpot expert to lead the development of our sales and marketing engine. This role combines technical expertise in HubSpot with strategic marketing skills, including automation, lead nurturing, campaign optimization, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub, proven experience in designing complex workflows, automations, and integrations, and a strong marketing background with a track record in B2B demand generation, inbound, and ABM.

Key responsibilities include owning and optimizing GXA's HubSpot platform, partnering with the sales team to improve lead handoff, scoring, and conversion, designing dashboards and delivering insights on pipeline performance and ROI, and continuously improving campaigns through A/B testing and data-driven strategies.

As a key member of the GXA team, you will work collaboratively to drive business growth and make a direct impact on pipeline, revenue, and client success.

Beyond your technical expertise, you will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams, and experience in MSP/IT services, SaaS, or B2B professional services.
