Job Description:
You'll be a part of resolving escalated or complex calls from customers, providing the best solutions for their needs through various communication channels. Your role will involve consulting with customers, opening and maintaining accounts, and resolving issues with patience and understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult customers on products and services
- Respond to inquiries with active listening
- Open and maintain customer accounts
- Resolve customer issues
Requirements:
We're looking for individuals who have completed senior high school or two years in college, with great verbal communication and business writing skills. Experience in customer service is a plus.
