Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization. This role is responsible for providing strategic HR support to business leaders, driving employee engagement and productivity, and contributing to the development of our talent management strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in labor relations, with experience in managing complex employee relations issues and conducting thorough investigations. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Conduct weekly meetings with business units to discuss key initiatives and provide HR guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with line management to develop and implement effective performance management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and reducing legal risks.
  • Partner with the legal department to provide expert advice on employment-related matters.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to employees, with a focus on career development and performance improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree or higher in any field.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
  • Extensive labor relations experience.
  • Familiarity with C&B, Organizational Development, payroll and timekeeping software, and payroll processes.
  • Familiarity with HR Systems (Workday).
  • Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing at least 500 FTEs.
