Senior Supplier Onboarding Specialist

The role entails managing the procurement cycle, synchronizing supplier onboarding activities, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage workflow for supplier onboarding intake channels, due diligence, approval, and provide guidance on operational execution.
- Ensure all onboarding activities are delivered in a manner consistent with established procedures and business objectives.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and due diligence activities across various functions and stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration among internal teams to drive project success.
- Assist delivery managers in managing and driving transactions to meet desired targets.
- Monitor progress and escalate issues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- 6+ years of experience in operations, oversight & control, vendor management, or related fields with a proven track record.
- Proven ability to multitask, complete assignments, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Strong client management, relationship management, and analysis skills.
- Ability to partner closely with related functions to ensure effective program management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with expertise in written and verbal communication.
- Sound business acumen, particularly the ability to proactively monitor activities and address issues early.
