We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Credit Advisor. As a Credit Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping small business owners build their business credit and access capital.

Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, with approximately 20 calls per hour (inbound and outbound), plus email correspondence.

You will:

  • Consult with clients primarily over the phone and email
  • Use our online systems, including HubSpot, to manage tasks and client communication (training provided; prior HubSpot experience is a plus but not required)
  • Provide professional, clear, and friendly customer service to empower our clients
Requirements:

Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $6.00 USD per hour. This is a full-time Contract position, requiring an 8 hour shift, with work hours between 9 am - 7pm ET.
